Join us on a magical flying adventure in the "Beehive" at House of Honey aerial retreat center in the glorious Algarve, Portugal! This all inclusive retreat is open to any aerial enthusiast wanting to troubleshoot challenges, gain body awareness, find ease of movement and learn creative flowing and dynamic combinations in a safe, supportive environment. Beginners through advanced are welcome! Explore beautiful Lagos and its famous rugged coastline!

What’s Included:

• 7 day Aerial Retreat

• Large open air training facility

• TRAIN: 5 Days of Aerial Workshops
  Each day will begin with an intense Pilates warm up to unlock our core and wake up all muscle groups for a successful flight. Technique classes in hoop and silk will be offered daily where you will learn fun and safe progressions. Explore act creation in the afternoon!
  Approx. 3-4 Hours Daily
  1 hour of daily open studio time

• RELAX: Daily access to the salt jacuzzi until 4PM

• NOURISH: 3 catered meals each day + snacks

  Breakfast & Dinner will be served at Casa Funchal (where you will be sleeping)

**You are responsible for booking flights & for your transportation to the retreat center.

***All levels are welcome, but beginners should have basic knowledge of aerial silks and lyra, including the following skills: foot locks, Russian and French climbs, knee hangs, inverts (from the ground) and hip keys. A postural analysis will be included for each individual with specific training exercises to improve form, range of motion, strength and flexibility.
